What Our Logo Means to us.
Our logo is the result of a lot of thought about who we are and what this community means to us. We thought you might like to know what each of the different aspects mean.
Colour
The colour remedies are a great addition to your pharmacy. Firstly, we chose Turquoise, which is about self-expression and creativity. When you are supported in your business, you are free to use your individual talents in your practice. Homeopaths NZ creates time for you to do this. We want you to have the space to be calm and centred too, so you are able to focus on your patients.
Indigo brings wisdom, imagination and intuition to the mix, and these qualities describe well the space you are in when you are in consultation.
The yellow or gold speaks of self-esteem and self-worth. Know that you are a talented professional and can make major life changes happen for your patients. You are worth a great deal. Understand that you can value your skills highly.
Turquoise: Self expression, creativity, truth and willpower. An affinity to the Throat chakra and a calming, soothing colour.
Indigo: Wisdom, imagination, intuition and an affinity to the Brow Chakra. The colour Indigo is also calming and relaxing especially to the mind.
Yellow: Self esteem and self worth, confidence and personal power. Affinity to the Solar Plexus Chakra. The colour yellow lifts the spirit and brings hope and happiness.
Wave
The resonance wave is a nod towards the fundaments of homeopathy, where the Simillimum is at the same frequency as the disease and the disease is removed from the body. This particular wave flows in an infinity symbol which represents the perpetual and interminable force of homeopathy. It can also be viewed as the number 8 which is the number of finance and wealth. You’ll notice part of the wave is made up of dots, which start at the ‘H’ of Homeopathy and go forth. These dots represent our community and us as we move along in our experience and skill mastering.
Circle
The gold circle represents a number of things. Firstly, it is the encompassing feeling of the support of the community. Secondly, it is the world of homeopathy that we live in. And thirdly, the gold represents Aurum, as in the Aurum Project (other homeopathic communities) and the responsibility we hold for you as our members.
Cloud
The background of our logo is made of a colourful cloud representing both the confusion of starting a practice but also the hive mind collective that we achieve when we work together.
